PHP / bind
A web-based (PHP) tool for managing BIND DNS zone files, with builtin understanding of split-horizon DNS with NAT (i.e. a name can have an internal address and an external address).
The aim of this project is to create abstract object representations of DNS records in PHP. The project consists of various classes representing DNS objects (such as Zone, ResourceRecord, and various RData types), a parser to convert BIND style text files to the PHP objects, and builders to create aesthetically pleasing BIND records.
Periodical update of the root zone for BIND 9 DNS resolver, zabbix statistics.
Generates nicely formatted BIND DNS zone files from XML source definition documents.
